What are the Check-in & Checkout times?

Check-in is from 4pm, and checkout is 10am.

Is parking available on-site？

We regret that we have no parking on-site, but paid parking facilities are available nearby.

The cost is 2000 JPY for 24 hours from the time of first entry (additional fees apply for exiting & re-entry during this time). Can accommodate vehicles that fall within the following dimensions: 　height 2.1m, length 4.8m, width 1.9m.

Are the rooms equipped with bath & toilet facilities？

All rooms have attached bath & toilet facilities.

Is there a curfew？

Our entrance is locked at midnight, but night staff at the front desk can let you in.

Is there somewhere I can store my luggage if I arrive early？

Yes. We can also store your luggage after checkout.

Where are meals eaten？

Dinner is served in individual guest rooms. Breakfast is served in the banquet room.

Do you accept credit cards？

Ａ　We happily accept JCB、VISA, American Express, Mastercard, DC, UC, NICOS and others.　

What time are the large baths open？

They are open from 6am-9am and 4pm-midnight.

What are the cancellation fees?

20% for ３-２ days prior to stay, 50% for 1 day prior to stay, 100% for same-day cancellations or no-shows.　

Do you accept travelers checks？

Unfortunately we cannot accept travelers checks.

Do room prices include tax and service charges？

Yes, all tax and service charges are included.

How do I get to Ryokan Hirashin from Kyoto Station？

From JR Kyoto Station, take the subway Karasuma line headed towards Kokusai-Kaikan 4 minutes to the “Shijo>Station” stop.

We’re located 3 minutes’ walk from the station.

Is credit card information necessary to fix one's schedule?

There is no credit card information needing when reserving it.

Is there a launderette?

The launderette is set up under the soil. (charge)

What do the amenity goods have?

Yukata, bath towel, face towel, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, rinse and drier
